Will Brown was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Growing up, his parents instilled in him a strong faith in Christ, family values and work ethic. Will has been in the banking industry for 19 years and is currently a VP of Wealth Banking at VisionBank. Prior to working at VisionBank, Will worked for Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and TwinCedars Bank as a Private Mortgage Banker, Sales Manager, and Regional Emerging Markets Manager. Before entering the world of banking and finance, Will was founder and CEO of Iowa Fence Co. and VP of operations for Brown Brothers Fencing.
Will has been married to an amazing wife, Charlene Brown, for 28 years and they have 4 beautiful children and 5 grandchildren. Throughout the years his greatest joys have been coaching and cheering on his children. He has served in his church for over 28 years as a junior high and high school youth leader, and married couples leader. His hobbies are photography, chess, bowling, pickle-ball and foreign film & literature.
Truly believing in our mission statement, Will is excited for what Black Excellence is bringing and going to bring Iowa communities, schools, living rooms, and boardrooms.
